SOLOS is structured as a layered solution comprising of 8 independent solutions configured to an integrated core module which manages the commuication between the apps. Customers can Subscribe to the Platform or go on a Pathway approach of subscribing to individual modules.

You are free to subscribe to any one of the products or as a User of the platform. The Platform and the Products work on a single Sign-On. The Customer Admin can allocate users on the application with access rights to one or more of the products. 

The platform is built to integrate with external systems through defined APIs, FTP, Excel Upload, EDI, Web Services etc. The inherent capability of the platform is to connect all external players in your supply chain to a single platform for Visibility, Decision Support & Analytics of performance.

All products have Mobile App interfaces for on-site data collection, Tracking & Dashboards. Alerts are configured for Mobile Apps and you can intervene into your Shipment Execution Chain through Trouble Tickets, Chats and Calls for issue resolution with any of the players in the Supply Chain.

SOLOS is a SaaS delivery platform. All products are priced on Pay-Per-Transaction basis with no minimum commitment of transactions. The Control Tower is priced on a Subscription model and has a minimum subscription period.
